Corporate Partner Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking a junior partner with at least 8-10 years of corporate transactional experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Group. The ideal candidate will have experience representing private equity sponsors and middle market companies in M&A transactions and other complex commercial transactions. Experience with joint venture transactions and/or investment fund formation is a plus. Some portable business and/or extensive relationships with private equity sponsors and middle market companies is required. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
