The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the area of Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) litigation. Experience should include defense of single plaintiff and complex class action and multi-plaintiff claims. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills a must.
