The Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP has an incredible opportunity for a full time associate and a full or part time staff attorney with 1+ years of experience to join their industry-leading Employee Benefits practice group. As one of the largest employee benefits groups in the US, our employee benefits attorneys are located across the country and represent some of the largest and most well-known businesses, as well as multiemployer pension and health plans, in key industries such as manufacturing, retail, health care, hospitality, insurance and financial services. We are looking for driven individuals with a background in employee benefits and executive compensation. The ideal candidate will have broad-based employee benefits experience in retirement plans, health and welfare plans, executive compensation, pension investments, and mergers and acquisitions. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required. We also will consider junior attorney applicants without employee benefit experience who have stellar academic credentials and who demonstrate a willingness to commit themselves to learning this area of the law.
