We are seeking a Solicitor to join our leading Trade Marks team to be based in Melbourne or Sydney. In this role you will work closely with the head of our Trade Marks team, Ike Papageorge along with a team of experts in their field. As a member of the Trade Marks team you will also work closely with the broader IP practice including with leading partners Sue Gilchrist, Emma Iles and Rebekah Gay. You will undertake a range of work that supports national and international clients including: Australian and international trade mark filing and prosecution; trade mark and domain name disputes; rebranding and clearance advice; drafting and negotiating worldwide consents and co-existence agreements; trade mark portfolio management; and advising on intellectual property aspects of due diligence.
