Training contract To sustain its growth, Allen & Overy LLP Belgium is currently looking for Junior Associates to join our Corporate and M&A practice group in Antwerp or Brussels. The Belgian Corporate team consists of 30 specialist lawyers based in our Antwerp and Brussels offices. This leading practice offers Belgian and international clients a combination of in-depth knowledge of the local market with the reach and expertise of a global legal practice. The team draws on its considerable expertise across M&A, joint ventures, private equity, equity capital markets, restructurings and advisory work such as corporate governance to provide innovative and cost effective solutions. What we look for You obtained a Belgian Master in Law with outstanding academic results; You are looking to start your Bar traineeship or already have 1 year of experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a reputable firm; You have an excellent command of English, French and/or Dutch (written and spoken); You are a team player with excellent legal capabilities, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and good communication skills.
