The New York, Bay Area, Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. offices are seeking highly qualified attorneys to join its growing Antitrust/Competition group. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience focusing on transactional based work. Significant interest in or experience with merger reviews necessary. FTC/DOJ experience is a plus. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $365,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
