Description
Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire an associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience to join our Labor & Employment practice group in the firm’s Phoenix or Tucson office. You can learn more about our extensive Labor & Employment practice here. The ideal candidate will have case management experience in the labor and employment arena, including drafting motions and handling discovery and depositions, together with experience advising on matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Arizona Civil Rights Act (ACRA), the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), and other state and federal employment laws. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required, as is an active license to practice law in Arizona. We are not currently accepting recruiter submissions for this role.
