Wiggin and Dana seeks a Senior Associate or Counsel for our New Haven, Stamford or New York office locations to join our experienced and dynamic health law practice. Qualified candidates should have 5-10 years’ experience representing health care providers, health service vendors, health technology companies, and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and roll-ups and with a working knowledge of federal and applicable state regulatory considerations involved in health care transactions, including certificate of need, corporate practice of medicine, licensure, change of ownership, reimbursement and Stark and Anti-Kickback requirements. Best match would be a senior associate or counsel with experience representing both non-profit and for-profit health care clients, such as private equity investors and portfolio companies. The target base pay range for this role in New York and Connecticut is $175,000-$230,000 and is dependent on experience and other relevant factors. Click here to apply
