Saul Ewing is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the fields of synthetic organic chemistry, biochemistry, and pharmaceutical sciences. Applicants are required to have a Ph.D. or master’s degree in organic chemistry or related field. A strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills are essential for this role. This position is open to our offices in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. Must be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction as well as before the USPTO. Senior associates, counsel, and junior partner candidates will all be considered for this position. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
