Role Kennedys is looking for Associates to work in its new dedicated recoveries sub-team. Team Kennedys is looking to recruit lawyers of varying levels of experience to handle recoveries arising from property/construction related losses. Kennedys’ priority is to engage with ambitious lawyers who have strong litigation experience in this field, and who would relish the opportunity to be part of building a new team. Location is not a key factor, and Kennedys is keen to recruit lawyers across the regions. Clients Large Insurers. Cases Recovery Claims. Required Experience 1-8 years’ UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience* Previous commercial/insurance litigation experience with a focus on property/construction matters. Claims handling experience is ideal but not essential. Willingness and enthusiasm to play a role in the development of client relationships and of the practice as a whole. * where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience.
