SAIBER LLC is looking to hire a part-time Employment and Labor Law attorney to join its team in our Florham Park office. This is an excellent opportunity for an initiative-taking and talented attorney who seeks challenging work assignments, mentorship, and growth opportunity. This position offers a flexible hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities: Providing advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations. Researching state and federal employment laws and proactively counseling private and public sector employers on compliance issues. Developing and implementing employment handbooks, policies, and procedures. Conduct investigations and draft comprehensive reports of findings. Successful candidates will possess the following: Practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, including employment and labor law. Motivated individual with a strong work ethic. Strong writing, research, and interpersonal skills. Admission to New Jersey and/or New York Bar required; Pennsylvania Bar is a plus.
