The Princeton office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney currently working as a judicial law clerk to work at the level of a junior associate, joining the Princeton office’s Litigation practice this fall. Candidates must currently be serving as a judicial law clerk and have (by the fall) a minimum of one year of relevant clerkship experience. Additional litigation experience including, reviewing electronically stored documents; drafting and responding to discovery requests; drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and briefs; interacting with clients and opposing counsel is also helpful but not required. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in conducting depositions and oral argument. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and legal research and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree required. Admission to practice law in New Jersey is mandatory.
