We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our Wilmington, NC office. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in providing legal guidance and representation for sophisticated clients facing family related matters. Candidates must have experience consulting with clients, assessing their case, and providing realistic expectations. Candidates will also have experience in researching laws, analyzing documents, strategizing case approaches, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court and in negotiations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong advocacy skills, and being a team player are required. Candidates designated as a North Carolina State Bar Certified Specialist in Family Law are preferred, but not required. Candidates must also be in good standing with the NC Bar.
