Job Requirements: This position is for our Atlanta, GA office. A minimum of 2 years of experience, but candidates with more experience are highly encouraged to apply Experience with prosecuting and/or defending construction claims, contract drafting and negotiation, and evaluating and advising on risks in a construction context Attorneys with insurance, commercial, products liability and/or general litigation experience will also be considered, as long as the candidate is interested in legal practice in the construction industry Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills Superior academic credentials from an accredited, top tier law school We welcome but do not require judicial clerkship experience At this time, we are not accepting applications from search firms.
