Seeking to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions practice. The successful applicant must have 3-5 years of experience in technology and/or other complex commercial transactions, have a strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements, and be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying.
