Finance - Staff Attorney

The New York office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Finance Staff Attorney with 2–7 years of experience. Experience in securitization and structured finance is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating securitization documents, including pooling and servicing agreements, private placement memoranda, indentures, and offering materials. An in-depth understanding of the mortgage-backed securitization market and various structural types is strongly preferred.
