As the Civil Rights Attorney, this position will conduct civil rights reviews and ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504, American with Disabilities Act Age Discrimination of 1975, and Civil Rights compliance and enforcement for the Department of Health and Human Services providers, vendors, and clients.
