Strong project and program management skills are essential</li> <li>Leads analysts within Corporate Strategy and Business Development to drive development of new business via organic growth, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, JV</li> <li>Ability to partner and negotiate with peer leaders from target companies</li> <li>Ability to lead analysts, product line managers and others to deliver analysis of market sectors and companies</li> <li>Collaborates with Aero and Industrial leadership to align on key market segments to participate in and attractive acquisition targets to pursue</li> <li>Oversees strategic assessments and financial models that support the identification and prioritization of target markets and companies</li> <li>Capability to execute and improve standard work for the Corporate Strategy and Business Development team including annual strategic trends, strategic plans and leading key sales, marketing, and engineering leaders in the business groups</li> <li>Participates in the development of new business, acquisition, and joint venture strategy, evaluation, deals and integration activity</li> <li>Participates in integrating new business development as a part of the annual strategic planning process</li> <li>Ability to develop a deep understanding of the competitive environment and anticipate competitor moves</li> </ul> <br> <p></p> </div> <p></p> <div> <div> </div> <p><b>What We Are Looking For</b></p> <ul> <li>Financial analysis capability including complex excel valuation models</li> <li>Ability to analyze financial reports, operating statements and balance sheets</li> <li>Solid negotiating skills.</li> <li>Solid demonstrated ability to create and develop market studies, strategic plans, business proposals and financial models.</li> <li>Strong communication skills to lead and direct project teams of up to 30 people on various business development projects.</li> <li>International experience/responsibility</li> <li>Results oriented</li> <li>Interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of constituents</li> <li>Strategic analysis and planning skills, including the ability to understand key relevant market trends and identify approaches to address them</li> <li>Ability to influence with a client focus</li> <li>Ability to understand relevant products and markets in (Aero, Defense, Industrial, Power Gen., etc)</li> <li>Presentation, preparation and delivery skills</li> </ul> <p><b>Education</b></p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Business Administration preferred</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business Administration (i.e. Finance) or Engineering degree, technical degree required</li> </ul> <p><b>Experience</b></p> <ul> <li>5+ years finance, marketing, or business development role experience required</li> <li>5+ years industrial setting required</li> <li>5+ years’ experience in the development and execution of corporate strategy in a complex global enterprise required</li> <li>5+ years project management experience required</li> </ul> <p>This information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
