Attorneys in this section have the opportunity to practice administrative and appellate matters. This section represents DFS in matters relating to licensee discipline, licensure denial, legislative bill analysis, and rule development. Attorneys who work with the Division of Funeral, Cemetery, & Consumer Services will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in litigating before a board.
