Attorneys in this section have the opportunity to practice administrative and appellate matters. This section represents DFS in matters relating to licensee discipline, licensure denial, legislative bill analysis, and rule development. Attorneys who work with the Division of Funeral, Cemetery, &amp; Consumer Services will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in litigating before a board.</p> <br> <p></p> <p><b>If you are a retiree of the Florida Retirement System (FRS), please check with the FRS on how your current benefits will be affected if you are re-employed with the State of Florida.
