And we can't wait to see all that's to come.</p> <p><b> About the Role</b></p> <p> FareHarbor's Legal team is looking for a dynamic and innovative US regional legal counsel who has a keen eye for detail whilst keeping the bigger business context in mind. The ideal candidate is excellent at drafting and just as talented at managing and collaborating with a range of stakeholders across the business, and is excited at the opportunity to work in a fast paced travel and tech environment where you can truly make a difference.</p> <p> As US regional legal counsel you will be relied upon to work closely with the Core FareHarbor Legal Team based in Amsterdam, and work directly alongside business units in the US, drawing upon your legal knowledge, business acumen and excellent drafting and management skills to provide on-the-ground support and identify potential legal issues, ultimately helping to achieve the functional business objectives.</p> <p> You will provide impactful analysis and advice on legal questions needed to unlock challenges and move commercial agreements in the US forward. You will spend time drafting and negotiating agreements, and managing the process from inception through to signature.
