The AAG will provide legal counsel to assigned state agencies and assist in enforcement of the public records and open meetings statutes.<br> <br> Salary commensurate with comparable state agency positions and candidate experience. Full-time state benefits available. Excellent legal writing skills and demonstrated work ethic.<br> <br> PREFERRED: Judicial Clerkship or two or more years of experience in a private law firm or government agency.<br> <br> OTHER: Some travel required. A criminal history and abuse background check will be conducted prior to an offer of employment.
