King & Spalding seeks an attorney to join its Conflicts & Business Review Department in Atlanta, New York, or California. The candidate will work closely with the Conflicts & Ethics team, and will be responsible for reviewing the firm’s new business intake forms, conflict reports, waiver letters, and engagement letters. Duties include drafting informed consent letters, researching corporate affiliations, and establishing ethical walls. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication skills, and exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills. The lawyer will have sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work well under pressure. Conflicts experience is preferred, and the candidate must have a working knowledge of the rules of professional conduct. The candidate must be admitted to the local state bar.
