You have a bachelor’s degree, or higher, in mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering, plus significant experience with writing about mechanical/medical device concepts. You have experience with a variety of mechanical and electrical inventions, including experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications directed to medical devices. You have 3 or more years of patent prosecution experience. You are registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (preferred).
