Banking & Finance Partner Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking to add a partner-level attorney to its Banking and Finance Group. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience representing lenders and borrowers in the middle market. Areas of strength and experience should include basic commercial real estate, construction, commercial and industrial non-real estate, mezzanine loans and participations. Hard money experience a plus. Experience representing private equity sponsors on borrower-side acquisition financings is also a plus. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to solve problems from a practical legal and business perspective. Some portable business is preferred, as is future business development potential and a commitment to fostering and expanding existing client relationships.
