Family law experience in a law firm setting is preferred; candidates with significant civil litigation experience in a law firm setting and a demonstrated interest in family law may be considered. The associate will make court appearances on a regular basis; candidates must have significant experience drafting motions, arguing law and motion matters, and taking and defending depositions. Familiarity with basic business valuation principles, financial statements and tax concepts is preferred. Associate salaries are based on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity and/or performance. Must be a current, active member of the California Bar Association.
