Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking to add a partner-level attorney to its growing Corporate Group. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of corporate transactional and governance experience and the ability to "first chair" significant transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision. Areas of strength and experience should include representing and counseling business owners on matters involving business formation, strategic planning, complex business transactions, M&A and joint ventures. Experience with private equity matters and/or securities is a plus. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to solve problems from a practical legal and business perspective. Significant client contact is expected, so the ideal candidate will have superior communication skills and the ability to instill confidence in clients and other attorneys. Some portable business is preferred, as is future business development potential and a commitment to fostering and expanding existing client relationships and developing business in the future.
