The US Corporate group in Hong Kong is seeking a top tier Mid-Senior level associate (US Admitted) with extensive experience in premier M&A transactions. Candidates will have practiced at a Skadden peer firm and have strong experience in "bet the company" M&A transactions. A US J.D. is highly preferred for this role, as is top quality drafting experience in English. We will relocate candidates for this position.
