We are looking for a senior associate or counsel to join the Secured Transactions practice to specialize in review of collateral documents and intercreditor agreements with prior experience in secured lending. We will be providing a full training in this area once hired. Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong academic background and be admitted to the New York Bar. The salary wage range that we expect to pay a counsel for this position is a minimum of $500,000 and a maximum of $800,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
