Blank Rome LLP has an opening for an Environmental Litigation Attorney with 2-3 years of experience. Candidates can be based out of any of our offices. Candidates are required to have in-depth exposure to state and federal environmental laws, including environmental compliance and regulations, environmental transactions, as well as environmental enforcement and litigation. Candidates should have strong legal research and writing skills, and should also be able to analyze the applicability of federal and state environmental statutory and regulatory requirements to a wide range of client issues. The ability to manage representation of clients in connection with sites requiring remedial action under state and federal laws, in particular, CERCLA, is required. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players and have outstanding academic and professional credentials. Admission to practice law in the state where the candidate will reside is required. Open to recruiting agency submissions
