Saul Ewing is seeking a high-performing tax associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience working on transactional tax matters and tax controversy matters in a law firm setting. Candidates must have significant experience with federal income tax. State tax experience is a significant plus. Experience with tax-exempt organizations is also a plus. Candidates should have strong research and writing abilities and an excellent academic record from an ABA accredited law school. This position is open to our offices in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. Chicago and Philadelphia preferred. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
