Job Description: The Financial Services Group of Holland & Knight is seeking an associate with about 3-6 years of legal experience to join its healthcare finance practice. The ideal candidate would have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in healthcare finance transactions, including ABL, real estate, and/or cash flow. At least two years documenting and closing healthcare finance transactions at a AmLaw 200 law firm are required. Candidate should exhibit close attention to detail and be hardworking and a self-starter. Immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent drafting skills are also essential. Only candidates who meet these criteria will be considered. This candidate must reside and be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in a jurisdiction where we currently have a U.S. office location (Offices | Holland & Knight(hklaw.com).
