The Intellectual Property Transactions Practice Group is seeking mid-level (3rd to 6th year) associates to join the team. The ideal candidate would have experience in high-technology and other IP-intensive transactions, including software, fintech, edtech, data analytics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The successful candidate will assist a team that provides counsel regarding technology acquisition, development and divestiture, technology licensing, outsourcing, IT services contracts, and related transactions for the high-technology, insurance, finance, energy, media and gaming, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
