Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation # of positions: 1 | Years of Experience 3-7 King & Spalding seeks a mid-to-senior level associate for its Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in New York, Atlanta, or Washington D.C. Qualified candidates will have solid academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and a minimum of three years’ law firm experience in employee benefits and executive compensation, including experience with employee benefit issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions and financings, executive employment, retention and separation agreements, and the design, implementation and administration of equity plans and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements. Experience with ERISA plan investments and/or with the design, implementation, and administration of qualified retirement plans and health and welfare programs is preferred.
