THE DAY-TO-DAY You’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking matters, and provide advice and counsel regarding protection and enforcement issues in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE Eligible candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in U.S. and international trademark prosecution and portfolio management; U.S. and international trademark searching and clearance; trademark oppositions, cancellations, anti-counterfeiting and other adverse matters; trademark licensing; and domain name, social media, Internet, and related trademark matters.
