Candidates should possess interest and/or past experience in Merger & Acquisitions, public companies and capital markets, and general corporate counseling. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. Applicants should be entrepreneurial, team oriented, and highly motivated to help us grow our practice and serve our clients. Candidates must be in good standing to receive a J.D. from an accredited law school in Spring of 2022, as well as be registered for the July Colorado Bar exam.
