Financial Institutions Attorney—Seattle, Washington Miller Nash is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its financial services team in Seattle, Washington. Necessary experience includes representing financial institutions in regulatory compliance, operations, and general corporate matters. Our ideal candidate has experience working with banks, credit unions, and other non-bank financial institutions, and is ready to hit the ground running by assisting clients with consumer and commercial regulatory compliance and operational matters, reviewing and drafting customer-facing disclosures and agreements, and working through a variety of general corporate transactions (e.g., mergers, acquisitions, permissible activities, regulatory filings, etc.). Some client base is required, and candidates must be a member of the Washington State Bar Association or eligible for reciprocity. An Oregon State Bar and/or California State Bar license is a plus.
