We are seeking a junior-level labor and employment associate to join the Labor, Employment, and Employee Benefits Practice Group in our Westborough office. Responsibilities will include legal research; drafting legal memoranda, court documents and briefs, and client advice letters; advising public and private-sector employers on a broad range of labor, employment and human resources-related matters; assisting with collective bargaining and grievance arbitrations; assisting with public sector education law matters, including policy drafting, administrative hearings, student rights, and other education-related issues; and representing employers in employment litigation before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.
