Berliner Cohen LLP, a mid-sized firm based in San Jose, has an immediate opening for a mid-level Associate Attorney in its transactional real estate group. The successful candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in sophisticated transactional real estate matters, including demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in the areas of property acquisition/disposition, leasing, and financing. Excellent academic credentials and analytical, writing, and communication skills are required. Berliner Cohen LLP is noted for its congenial firm culture and provides a competitive compensation and benefits package. The Real Estate Associate’s salary range for this position is $170,000 to $240,000.
