Troutman Pepper Locke is actively seeking a career attorney to join our Regulatory Investigations, Strategy + Enforcement (RISE) practice group. We are looking for candidates who have between 1 to 5 years of experience in litigation, investigations, and/or compliance. This role will focus on state and federal regulatory litigation, including spinoff consumer class litigation and administrative litigation. The position is open to candidates at any of our office locations Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
