Environmental/Land Use Litigation Associate – Phoenix

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a highly qualified attorney to join its growing Environment, Natural Resources, and Land Use practice in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience, preferably in the areas of Environmental, Land Use/Zoning, and/or Natural Resources. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail are required. Our nationally recognized Environmental and Natural Resources group, as well as our Land Use team, represent clients in the energy, manufacturing, waste/recycling, and technology industries in litigation, land use and zoning, regulatory compliance, and transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment within a national law firm. Active bar license in Arizona is required.
