Arnold & Porter is seeking a mid-level associate to join our top-ranked Antitrust & Competition Practice in our New York or Washington, DC office. Qualified applicants must have a minimum of three years of experience on antitrust matters, including antitrust litigation experience. In addition, applicants must possess superb research, writing, and analytic skills, and an ability to work both independently and creatively and as part of a team. All applicants must have excellent academic credentials and references. More than 120 attorneys in our US and European offices handle complex and critical antitrust and competition matters. Lawyers in our US antitrust practice work on the full range of complex antitrust matters, including litigation (both class actions and individual actions), merger review, civil investigations, criminal/cartel investigations, and counseling. Lawyers in our US offices frequently work on cross-office teams, including teams with competition lawyers in our London and Brussels offices when working on mergers and cross-border conduct matters. The salary range for this position in New York is $260,000 to $420,000, commensurate with experience.
