Duane Morris LLP has an opening in its Boston office for a Litigation associate. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of practical litigation experience; background/knowledge in defense of consumer claims/class actions, gaming law, IP and trade secret litigation a plus. Candidate must have strong research and writing skills and possess a strong, positive presence and advocacy ability. Solid academics along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative are preferred. MA Bar admission required. The target annual pay range for this role in the Boston office is $225,000-275,000. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs and market factors. The compensation range listed is just one component of Duane Morris’ total comp package for employees, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
