Responsibilities and practice Dentons US LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with excellent academic credentials and at least 3 years of experience to join our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice. The person hired for this position will be part of a dedicated team and will support the practice by assuming such responsibilities as: Advising in a wide variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including the design, implementation, and administration of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, equity plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic guidance to clients This is a great opportunity to work alongside partners in a team-oriented environment while enjoying the benefits and resources of an international law firm.
