Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a skilled associate for its Government Contracts team in our Northern Virginia office (experienced candidates may be considered for our Washington, D.C. office). Qualified candidates must have 3-6 years of experience with all phases of government contracts including (1) performance, compliance, investigations, and litigation under the False Claims Act (FCA) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR); (2) advising clients on regulatory compliance and cybersecurity, bid protests, prosecutions, and claims; and (3) technology-related M&A, joint venture agreements, and other technology related transactions. Superior academic credentials along with excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to the local bar.
