THE OPPORTUNITY: Seyfarth Shaw is seeking a Labor and Employment Senior Associate or Counsel with 6+ years of experience for its Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have experience working on single plaintiff matters, trainings, policy review, investigations and counseling. YOU HAVE: 6+ years of labor and employment experience, working with minimal oversight on litigation of single plaintiff matters, trainings, policy review, investigations, and employment counseling Excellent academic credentials Stellar analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple pieces of active litigation at once Experience and understanding of Washington federal, state, and local court rules Admission to the Washington Bar (required), Oregon bar admission a plus WHAT WE PROVIDE: We provide a competitive salary.
