Senior Associate (Securities Enforcement)

Miller & Chevalier

Miller & Chevalier is seeking a Senior Associate to work with our highly regarded and growing Securities Enforcement practice group. This practice represents a wide spectrum of entities and individuals in matters involving public company financial reporting and disclosure, auditor liability, and other securities market participants, including broker-dealers and registered investment advisers, in matters before the SEC, DOJ, PCAOB, and other regulators. The group is also often involved in special situations such as audit committee investigations and internal investigations and has been appointed as the Independent Compliance Consultant or Monitor in various SEC and DOJ resolutions. Qualified candidates will have four to six years post-J.D. experience (not including clerkships), demonstrated experience representing clients in enforcement matters before the SEC, and strong communication skills and persuasive writing abilities. We expect our Associates to assume meaningful responsibility in their matters and to work collaboratively with a high-performing team. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and J.D. transcripts to Julia Mattson, Recruiting Manager, at jmattson@milchev.com.
