Position Summary Ogletree has one of the most substantial business immigration practices in the United States. Our immigration practice group consists of dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals working with domestic and international businesses to strategically place highly educated and skilled foreign national employees within their business. Our paralegals communicate with clients, analyze case facts, and prepare a variety of visa petitions for filing with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. If you are experienced in client service, have proven organizational caseload management skills, and want to become engaged in a specialized practice area, a business Immigration practice would be a rewarding position for you. Verbal and written communication skills in a professional environment are very important to this role. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program. 5+ years of Paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment. Knowledge of the Nonimmigrant Visa process is preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills Excellent attention to detail is a must. Outstanding organizational skills are required. Be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
