We are seeking candidates who have experience in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings and general corporate counseling and representation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: AmLaw 200 Experience: Candidates should have familiarity with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work. Strong academics: All candidates will be asked to provide transcripts indicating good grades from a respected law school. Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
