Remote and hybrid candidates with the right experience will be considered. In this role, the attorney will primarily represent insurance companies in coverage litigation but may also be involved in defense litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global law firm expanding its capabilities in Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience with diverse types of insurance coverage, such as: excess and surplus lines, general liability, construction defect, D&O, environmental, personal and advertising injury claims in Texas. Must be licensed to practice in Texas. License in Louisiana a plus.
