Description

Ballard Spahr LLP, a more than 750 lawyer firm with 18 offices across the U.S., seeks an Associate to join the Real Estate Department in Portland or Seattle. Qualified candidates should have 1-4 years of transactional real estate experience. An active bar license in the location for which you wish to be considered is required. The ideal candidate will have distinguished academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and relevant real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and representation of borrowers and lenders in real estate financings); common interest community experience is a plus for consideration. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial environment in one of the top-rated real estate practices in the country. The salary for this position is expected to be $200,000 to $230,000 depending on location and experience.
